I bought a WoW guide, liked it, bought a Diablo III guide, loved it, started making REAL MONEY with the Diablo 3 guide’s auction house section, and built this website to help you.

The Long Story:

My name’s Garrett and I started CheapoGamer.com because I’m the type of person who immerses themselves in an online game and puts a lot of time and energy into it. Games like World of Warcraft and Diablo 3 have a lot to do, and I want to do as much of it as possible in the most efficient way. I don’t like to waste time but I also don’t like to cheat and I don’t like to miss out on the story lines, the lore, and the overall game experience. I’m also really big into getting achievements.

Well, I noticed there are A LOT of game guides out there from various different people, but they all have vague landing pages that tell you the same stuff. If you search for review sites, you mostly find fake reviews that all talk about good stuff. I took a leap back in 2009 and bought one of the early editions of the Dugi Guides and loved it from the moment I started using it. I loved it so much, I built a website dedicated to it called UltimateWorldofWarcraftGuide.com (don’t bother going there; I’ll be moving all of the content here soon).

Then, Diablo III came out, and now I’m not playing WoW so much. I also noticed a ton of Diablo 3 guides came out and I wanted to pick one of those up, too. The first one I found was Diablo 3 Secrets. Not only did it help me max out my character in record time, but I also started making real money in the new auction house. Considering I have a day job, I decided to take that extra money and buy this domain name, some more hosting space, and then the rest of the Diablo III guides, WoW guides, and even the StarCraft 2 guides I could find.

Now, I’m building out this website with info on all of the guides so you can decide which guide is best for you.
